Bill Gates: Windows Phone is a Mistake

The way Microsoft entered the cellphone industry did not allow the company to take a leadership role, Gates said on a interview on CBS' This Morning.

Bill Gates, now at 57, is the founder and chairman of Microsoft. He is the responsible for the invention of the Microsoft Windows, the one that you are using now.
"No, [Ballmer] and I are not satisfied that in terms of, you know, breakthrough things, that we’re doing everything possible. We didn’t miss cell phones, but the way that we went about it didn’t allow us to get the leadership. So it’s clearly a mistake"-Bill Gates, Chairman, Microsoft"
Still, he is saying that Steve Ballmer is the right man to lead the company.
